Payment Information: General

This payment information outlines the payment information for the  Wild Coolers (Pty) Ltd Website.

Wild Coolers (Pty) Ltd is located at: 26 Abelia Road Kloof, Durban, KwaZulu Natal, 3610, South Africa

The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Wild Coolers’ customers can pay via the Woocommerce Checkout process, either by Credit Card or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) offered by Payfast.

Shipping costs are shown once our clients have confirmed what they want to purchase, as it is based on destination and size of parcel.

Wild Coolers uses The Courier Guy Shipping API to calculate shipping costs. More information on this can be found, here.

Because of custom (destination-based) shipping costs, there will be an unlimited number of shipping pricing variables and as a result, shipping totals are shown once our client has completed their destination information and loaded on their shopping cart, the items they want to purchase.

This is generated from the courier variable equation prior to our client placing their order. Once the client confirms their order on our shopping cart process, their credit card is debited (with their approval) the total amount for goods and shipping of goods.

Wild Coolers reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received.

This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of the goods ordered does not meet the provider’s standards. Should the provider exercise this right, the user will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Only goods that have been unused, unopened and not damaged may be returned to the provider within 30 days. We do not refund items when:

– A client has had a change of mind, or products have been opened and tampered with and not in a resalable condition .You are welcome to return goods when the incorrect item has been delivered. The client will be refunded the goods less the courier/postage fee unless we delivered the incorrect items.

Shipping Method Options
Shipping takes place either via courier service or Post Office depending on the following:
1. Our first choice of delivery is courier, however we use post office for remote/outlying areas when need be. Delivery via courier is door to door normally within 2-3 working days.

2. After payment has reflected in our bank account.
Should you wish to check with us as to whether the courier delivers to your area please e-mail [email protected]
If the couriers we make use of do not deliver to your area, or at a great expense, then we send your parcel through the Post Office. Delivery is to your nearest Post Office counter.

Normally 5-10 working days after payment has reflected in our bank account, you will receive a collection slip from the post office advising your parcel has arrived and is waiting at the post office counter.
Deliveries do not take place over the weekends and public holidays.
Orders are only released once payment is received and reflected in our bank account.
Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will only be processed on the next working day.
Once the order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment including any tracking information.
All items purchased from Wild Coolers are made pursuant to agreements with shipping and delivery agents and risk or loss pass from Wild Coolers to such agents upon delivery of any item to such carrier.
